I loved lounging by the indoor pool and indulging in some much-needed relaxation at the spa. The facilities were great for a weekend getaway, even though the gym could use a bit of updating. Overall, I had a fantastic time and highly recommend checking it out! 😊

loved the close walk to merry hill shopping centre, n the canals are super nice for strolls. the lobby is realy spacious n welcoming, and the lifts are secure with room key cards. our family room was nice and comfy with great views. The breakfast was totally worth it with sooo many options. we had a great time in the pool too!

the shower in the room was kinda slow n the curtains stuck to me which was annoying.

The complimentary room upgrade from Carl made our stay extra special, and we loved the cozy bar area alongside the breathtaking canal view.

we had a lovely stay at copthorne. the room was very spacious with a great view of the canal. the staff were incredibly friendly and the health club facilities, including the pool and sauna, were perfect for relaxing. breakfast offered a nice variety and was well presented too.
